I spent a couple hours trying to get this to work. You will almost certainly need a Windows PC to get it to do anything at all, and it won't be through Bluetooth. The manual comes compressed in a rar file, making it difficult to access on a mobile device, and doesn't actually show how to connect the device; it shows how to connect something else that functions very differently, apparently.I cannot get my Windows PC to see this as a Bluetooth device at all, but was able to get it to work when connected with a USB-C Cable. You have to install the driver using an unnecessarily complex series of steps that includes overriding a Windows security alert because the developer didn't actually set up the certificates properly (near as I can tell), and then you can get it to print some basic stuff. You can print a QR code, but because the paper is twice as thick as normal receipt paper and tightly rolled, it's very difficult to get it flat enough to scan the QR code accurately without holding/taping it down. It cannot print gradients or anything with significant detail.As for Android, I was able to get two Android devices to see it via Bluetooth and pair, but it would not connect. If you try to connect using system settings, it tells you that you need an app. If you try using the app that's supposed to work with the printer, MYXprint, it just doesn't see the device. I tried unpairing it, re-pairing it, rebooting the Android device, rebooting the printer, trying a completely different Android device, even hooking my phone to it directly using a USB-C to USB-C cable, and it would not function.The bottom line is that unless you're using this solely while it's connected via USB to a Windows machine for low-resolution printing, it's effectively useless. The Bluetooth features don't actually work, and the one "fix" that's supposed to get around that, having the printer print it's own QR code for the app, doesn't work either. I have thermal sticker printers that are far, far more capable than this for every function it performs, and they are cheaper.I cannot in good conscience recommend purchasing this device. This will only change if and only if there is an extreme increase in support for the device that fixes the connectivity issues mentioned above, and even then, the resolution on it heavily limits its usage. This is not a good device.

I bought it for my small online business but it's giving me so much hell to set it up.but I got it all together and it's absolutely perfect.
