I work in the receiving area for a retail store and we constantly had outdated phone numbers for companies and vendors, just randomly written in a note book. I bought this and used multicolored index cards to organize the contact numbers and information easier. Loved the closed box since it gets pretty dirty and dusty in the back. This keeps it nice and clean, organized and easily accessible for all my managers to use. No more late night/early phone calls or texts asking for a companies information and my days off are peaceful.

I liked a lot of things about this product. I’d searched at least 12 different sites looking for a small, sturdy file box with dividers to store my computer passwords and website notes on safely. Everything I saw was larger, longer, or decorated. When I found this seller’s site, everything was there, including 4 vibrantly colored stacks of file cards that fit. And the price for everything was exactly on target for me. Now I have another COVID project.

We use this box to store information and passwords for companies we use. The colorful lettered alphabetical - order division cards are nice and easy to follow. It does need a rubber band to stay shut, but maybe we have over-filled it.
