TLDR; It's good, needs grease and possibly 11t pinion.I'd give this a 4.25 stars if I could.Machined very well, all steel gears. Fits perfectly into my Juice skid as well as the stock skid. Injora & stock drive shafts fit as expected.My only gripes are mine came bone dry so I added some grease.I've been told the factory 12t pinion won't work with transmission and an 11t is needed, I'm using the 12t and it's been fairly quiet and smooth so far. Fingers crossed.

Easy and inexpensive way to lower your overall gearing. Requires an 11 tooth pinion to get full effect. Runs quiet.

I like the fit,and functionality. It's fits inside the trans plate like a glove. Lower gear ratio for better slow modulation. Heavy duty metal gears. Way better than stock from redcat. I highly recommend this injora transmission for the ascent 18.

Needed to get an 11t pinion for the stock motor for the trans to actuallybe low geared. I used it for a while with the stock 12t pinion and it works fine but didnt change low crawl speed. Bought an 11t pinion for a trx4m and had to grind it down shorter to fit. (Otherwise it interferes with the transmission gears) Uses a 0.2mm shaft size and fits snug on the stock motor shaft. Trans is good quality, all metal gears, added a tiny bit of brake caliper grease to keep it lubed. Fit injora metal drive shafts perfectly.
