Our baby just finished the first container of this formula. I read all the one star reviews before purchasing. While I agree with some of the things like the lid is not easy to remove while holding a baby or, it doesn’t dissolve super easy and it gets foamy, what formula doesn’t get foamy when you shake it or dissolves really easy? I haven’t found a formula that doesn’t do those things. My baby hasn’t had any issues with the formula and those other things aren’t enough of a problem to stop me from using it.If you're worried about foam you can just skim the foam off with a spoon. Not convenient but it’s an option. It is a bit expensive, which is why I only gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

This is BY FAR the best formula I have used with my baby. I genuinely think everything it claims is true and would recommend this to any new mom.

At this point I think we're on can 6 or 7 so I can confidently say. This is the one!My baby had issues latching & I couldn't keep up with pumping, so we turned to formula. We went through 3 others before landing on this one. This is the only one that agreed with her gut. We were looking at ingredients and this was the best priced better ingredient formula available we could find!We have noticed if you mix it with breast milk it is not foamy. But by itself it can get foamy. A vented bottle really helps with it though. I recommend the evenflo balance plus bottles. It's really not an issue that should deter anyone.

i started using this formula when my go to was no longer available. My daughter seemed to like it. i like the scoop that comes with it, i also like that i can get it on amazon or whole foods and dont have to trek to target every time i need it.

This formula was a great supplement to breast-feeding. I had a breast reduction after my first child so I produced less milk with my second child. I needed to supplement and this was the best product to compliment a primarily breast milk diet for my child. Although it is a little pricey, compared to other brands, my son had no issues digesting this. I used coupons whenever possible and bought in bulk to help with the cost. If I had another child I needed to use formula this is the only brand I would use again.

Loved the clean formula for my baby so I had to order more. First time was a very fast delivery, the second time was very slow and had to be shipped in 2 batches (4 and 3). The first batch came in a few weeks later, the “second” batch came in almost a month later and in it was the wrong item! Not the formulas but party trays (totally random right??). I was very disappointed considering I waited for so long. I’ve ordered another batch again but once again, it’s taking a bit long for it to ship out..

This formula is a great breast milk alternative. My son had some issues digesting it, so we switched to goat milk formula, but I appreciated that it didn’t have a horrible smell and was reasonably priced compared to other formulas. I’d definitely use it again if my son’s stomach agreed with it.

We've supplemented with formula for all 5 of our babies due to supply issues. We've tried a variety of formulas but are really pleased with the ingredient list in By Heart. We think that the food industry has a lot of problems and are really happy to feed our baby organic cow milk and not corn syrup! I wish that there weren't seed oils in this formula, but that is my only complaint. This formula didn't exist when we had babies #1 through 4 so we're using it for #5. Our other babies primarily used Gerber Good Start (some sensitive, some not). We've also used some Enfamil and Similac, powder and premade liquid formula, and Walmart Parents Choice generic so that's what we're comparing to.When reading reviews about By Heart while deciding whether to use it, it seemed that the biggest complaints were smell and foaminess. I don't think By Heart is smellier. It seems to be on par with other powder formulas. Premade liquid formula is by far the worst smelling in my opinion (and the worst spit up... just worst all around except for convenience).By Heart does seem to be foamier than other formula. Our system is too use a protein shaker bottle with a whisk ball to make 20 oz of formula at a time and store in the fridge, pouring out a few ounces as needed. This system has worked well in the past with other formula and is also a good way to use By Heart because the foam settles down while it sits in the fridge. So we don't find the foam to be an issue because of our system.Baby #5 used pre-made liquid formula at the hospital after birth because that's what they had on hand. When we came home we started using By Heart. He spat up a whole bunch in the hospital with the liquid formula, but stopped as soon as he was on By Heart. We have not had any constipation, digestive, or gas issues with By Heart. He's happy and growing well! And I appreciate the peace of mind that I'm feeding him with the best ingredients. I would absolutely use this formula in the future over any of the others we've tried.
