This heat sealer works exactly as advertised! It’s simple to operate, heats up fast, and creates a strong, professional seal. I used it to pack coffee beans, and the seal held perfectly without any leaks. The extra replacement strips are a great addition. Overall, a solid and reliable product—highly recommended!

R-PACK impulse sealer exceeded my expectations. This heater is light, compact and sturdy. I mainly use it in the kitchen for packing and repacking nuts, dry fruits, cookies and coffee beans. It takes only a few seconds to complete the sealing process. I used to seal plastic bags with my heavy bulky vacuum sealer. Now with R-PACK, I have a better sealing solution!

Cheaply made but it works with after fix. I guess the saying “you get what you pay for”. Unit looks like it does the part but as you examine it you notice where they needed to cut corners. The aluminum frame for example is thin and low grade and bends. This is fine for the money but something of higher quality wouldn't allow for such materials. The arm was crooked and deviated to one side out of the box. The rubber would not press down dead center as you pressed down on arm. Pretty bad. I had to unscrew the two bolts that hold the arm near the hinge and force the arm into position just enough to allow the arm to be straight. I got lucky as the manufacturer didnt allow option for adjustment. They just threaded the holes for the bolts not leaving option for adjustment. Arm also wobbles. Hinge is too small and too much play and arm aluminum is thin/low grade and not adequate for correct stiffness to prevent arm deviation as you pressed down down on arm. Also i had to open the unit and found more cheap inside and also an electrical hazard. Transformer was crooked leaning to one side almost allowing arm activating switch to touch transformer. Also found a hazard where as you press down arm the peace of metal scratches on the electrical cord. I had to cut off metal completely to prevent hazard over time. I would say this would be a disappointment for someone who doesn't know how to fix things. And maybe they would not have noticed the crooked arm that would cause a misaligned seal. The unit works for me and I saved money. A similar sized unit would of cost of much better quality would of cost $300-$400. Parts availability is a question. Comes with extra parts. But after? Who knows. And longevity who knows. I also do not leave it plugged in and disconnect it when i’m done because i don't trust it enough after seeing the inside. I’m satisfied that it works after the fix but I would not recommend this if you are gonna be sealing allot all day long or for those who value quality.

Had issues with the heater element after a couple of uses. and bags break open from time to time seal is not very durable Needed to get a different brand.

I've sealed around 30-40 mylar bags (1 gallon size - 5 mil thickness), and it has worked great! I have been using heat level 6 with good results. It has even heating across the entire element, without any areas being poorly sealed or burning through. Afterwards, the bags have slightly vacuumed down due to the oxygen absorbers sealed in with the food, indicating to me that the seal is airtight.While the real test will be in 10 years, during the zombie apocalypse, when I open these bags to eat the food, so far I am very pleased.

This laminating machine is extremely easy to use. Just plug it in, and there's a rotary button on the right side. You can choose from 1 to 6 according to the thickness of the bags you want to laminate. I chose 1 for the potato chip bags, 3 for the cereal bags, and 6 for the coffee bean bags because they were thicker. When the red light is on, it's working. Once the red light goes off, the lamination is done ✅. It only takes a few seconds to complete, and it's really convenient! Highly recommended!
