It should install with the 3mm shank mandrel , fit dremel machine
Use with water as a lubricant.

I used this to cut some walkway edging pavers and the disc I used held up pretty well for the couple pavers I needed to cut.The discs look rather cheap and the sleeve they come in doesn't add much. But they can cut bricks with a dremel so I can't complain at all.
