I bought this as a present for my daughter's mustang. It was super easy to install, the wiring was not an issue, and it was definitely brighter and a more efficient use of electricity. Can't wait to see this paired with new tail light assemblies! Highly recommend!

The brightness of the LED are admirable however there are no installation instructions or manufacturers videos on line. The original Mustang light sockets are unable to turn and lock into the new light assembly. They just sit there very loose in the openings. I considered returning the item but it wasn't worth the additional work to remove and reinstall the original and then return the new unit. I would not recommend the unit unless you are willing to lock in the original receptacles with some sort of adhesive or other epoxies or glues.

I live in Houston, and over the last couple of months, we've had some extreme rain. Water even entered my convertible top, but this aftermarket brake light is sealed tight. The LEDs are bright and there are more lights than the OEM brake light, so it looks better. The only ding I'll give it, is that the light doesn't perfectly fit in the opening. There is a small gap, but it doesn't appear to create any problems. I bought the tinted version and it looks great on my white convertible.

3rd brake light is as shown. Spots to plug in all wiring same as factory including the trunk light. Great product

I liked the design of this product so I tried sticking with them by ordering another one from them after I was sent a faulty one. The actual tail light plastic housing had a chip that is visible on both ones that I have ordered in the same exact place, leading me to believe that the casting for the product is defective and all will come with chips in the bottom middle of the lens. I found a one to not be chipped as bad with the second one I ordered however 3 of the led diodes were dead and defective. I would say no matter how many you order from these guys, you will always get a defective tail light. If you're looking for a high quality replacement, I wouldn't suggest these guys at all. This isn't something I would consider show quality or satisfactory to your pride and joy car.
