There is NO website for IDEUS as of the writing of this review. There are NO replacement lids. It does work very well and will probably last, but if it does not and if the gaskets are not on the lid right, it WILL leak and there are NO instructional videos as of this writing. They are not easy to put back on and the "instructions" are difficult to follow. You MUST know how to do it. For the price (50 or so) as of now, that is a lot to pay if you get stuck with a leaking unit.

Great insulation but spout design is not great. It is in two parts and has strange lip shape and so fluid will not pour cleanly, especially when it’s less than a third full and you have to tilt it a lot. This causes splatters of coffee or tea on the table around the cup.Would be my choice if they fixed pour quality.

I had ordered a large carafe for an event and just needed something to hold hot liquid for a couple of hours. I was surprised at how well this works- works as advertised, functions beautifully, the dispenser mechanism worked without a hitch. High score for how well it pours. I think my favorite part is how easy it was to open and close the lid, those press buttons on the side work great! Temperature of liquid stayed hot for several hours, I have gone for 10+ hours with no change. Size holds 8 cups which goes for 10-13 cups of regular coffee cups. Best value for price -I wish it came in more sizes - I need something that works this well for a smaller 27 or 36 oz size. Did I mention how beautiful that color is - stole the show at our event!!

My 82 yr old Mom has alzheimers. She loves fine,fancy things. This coffee carafe is perfect for her fancy taste. It's sleek design & fantastic gold trim is great! She adores it. I started with just the carafe. It looks good and keeps the tea hot when traveling. As someone with arthritic hands, the carafe is well balanced and a lot easier to hold open when pouring than those with the normal lid design. I was so impressed I bought a matching mug. This too performs well and is a nice, well balanced shape and size. Lids to both the carafe and mugs can be taken apart for washing which is a big plus as most can’t. If you don’t need the travel lid, the mug edges are nicely rounded for drinking without the lids and the liquid will maintain the temperature better than a regular mug. Liked these so much bought three more in different colors for when we have guests.

The product was great!!! It kept the hot water piping hot for ages, was extremely impressed as I drink gallons of tea and always end up re boiling the kettle at least twice.Sadly when filling it up one morning I noticed that some of the inner coating had started to peal off.with no visible damage to the exterior this must be one that got by quality control.
