My Echo clearing saw came with a 10 inch blade which cuts well, but cannot be resharpened once dull. These cut about just as well, stay sharp for a long time and can be easily resharpened with the same round file I use for my chainsaw. I wish they were 10” so I could cut larger diameter saplings, but on the other hand I have noticed that the unit vibrates less with smaller blades. Very pleased with these overall.

This blade works great on the gas trimmer. Cut brush up two 2 inchs thick. I recommend it. Makes quick work of a large job along a fence line when you don't have a machine to do the work.

This blade cut brush very efficiently & stayed sharp for quite a bit of use....Just go around the rocks & stay out of the fence.

really worked well, it ninja'd through the scrub like it had a purpose. So well I though the guy working for me was slacking and quit early or did a poor job...Great blade, I'll be buying another as a spare

Works super well. I used it on a Husqvarna 128LD stiff shaft machine. BUT HAD TO MAKE AN ARBOR TO HOLD THE BLADE PROPERLY. SINCE I HAVE A HOME LATHE THIS WAS NO PROBLEM for me. Husqvarna is no help. They do not want to sell parts or accessories for these older machines. They want you to buy the newer stuff. If you are handy,you may be able to modify the Shakespeare 3-cutter brush arbor to hold it. good luck!

I love my stih1 weed eater. Especially with a 7.9 to 8” blade on it. Trimming shooting lanes at the lease or cleaning up and trimming trees around the house. The larger diameter blades seem to heavy and slow the machine down. I feel like I’m going to break something in the shaft. These things cut clean and fast. And at the current pice of $18.72 I can buy 2 for the price of one Stih1. Fantastic blade, not to heavy, not to light.
