Within a few months it started bubbling and it spread through the board. Contacted the seller, and they immediately asked to send me a new one. Very good customer service and I am impressed by their willingness to back their products!

The clips that they advertise you can hang the board from using hooks do not support the weight. We hung it up and when we let go the board came out of the clips. When hung up using the corner, the corner pulled out of the frame of the white board. These are a nightmare stay away from them.

Comes with everything you need. So far, it erases really well and clean. With the sliding hooks on top of the board, it hung up very easily. Got a nifty coupon, so ended up being about $150. Well worth the money, even at $200.
