Nice tea for use in pregnancy. Tastes nice, only Downside is its expensive for what you get and despite saying the teabags can be reused I don't think the second use is very good so have given 4 stars.

I can’t remember now how I came across the Hottea Mama brand, but I purchased my first couple of boxes (Get up and Glow and Night Owl) through Amazon.I’ve been really enjoying the Get up and Glow as an alternative to ‘normal’ tea, and I have felt it’s given me a bit of a kick! I also find it a nice refreshing drink too, especially as milk in ‘English’ tea has made me nauseous at times!I also love watching the Hottea Mama Instagram stories and learning lots of ‘tea nerdery’!!

All of the HotTea Mama teas that I’ve tried so far have been really nice. A small luxury during pregnancy, and much better for you than black tea as this is caffeine free!
