This item came quickly as stated by seller. It was a little difficult to figure out at first, but I managed. I needed to hang some handmade items in my booth This worked. The needle did leave a metallic mark on the white towel I used, so be careful there. I recommend doing a few test runs on something before using it on your item. Overall, nice to have for garment hanging and pricing. Lots of refills too.

The tag gun itself is fine, but the fasteners were a mess. They came tangled up which makes using them difficult.

The tagging gun wasn’t to my liking for my merchandise. It put big holes in the fabrics, most of the time the barbs would not inject properly. Returned
