I had broken this lever when I folded the handle down a couple years ago. I had just been mowing at the same speed for the last 2 seasons and procrastinating the eventual repair. It proved to be a straightforward repair and Iām glad I did it ā¦ finally. Just pay close attention to how things look during disassembly and you will have no problem with this repair

It's a replacement part. It's perfect since it's OEM but it's also plastic so it breaks. It's a common among Honda motor vehicles it seems (marine, lawn, small motor).
