Soft, fluffy. Just not heavier than a “lighter” thin weighted blanket. Not sure if that because it’s bigger.

So far we really like it , its not as heavy as our other one & thats ok , this one is more plush & fluffy & comforter like but heavier & thats what we was looking for , we haven't used it very long but so far there is no crap coming out of it so thats good . If it starts to then I'll edit this .

I don’t usually write product reviews, but this weighted blanket deserves all the praise. From the moment I pulled it out of the box, I could tell it was going to be amazing. The fabric is so soft and fluffy, it feels like wrapping yourself in a cloud. The weight is perfectly distributed, giving just the right amount of comforting pressure without feeling too heavy.As someone who tosses and turns all night, I was shocked at how quickly I fell asleep—and stayed asleep! It’s like the blanket hugged me into a deep, peaceful slumber. I woke up feeling rested, cozy, and honestly didn’t want to leave my bed.If you’re on the fence about getting a weighted blanket, this one is a total game-changer. It’s not just functional—it’s a luxurious sleep experience. Highly recommend!

Perfect weight. My wife and I adjusted to it within a few nights. It keeps the perfect temperature. I like to be cool when I sleep and even though it's heavy, it still breathes.

it was to good the weight was amazing and the look and fluff looks top dollar the thing i dont like is its to heavy in the terms of warm... i am in need of this very same look and feel but light cool if you dont get snow in your region you may want to think twice on this unless you sleep to cool

Very good quality. The only proper weighted comforter I’ve found. It is fluffy enough to look just like a normal comforter and the weight is perfect. I put it in a duvet cover since white was the only color available when I purchased, and that would not go well with our tuxedo cat. I’ve already recommended it to several friends

I absolutely love this comforter/quilt. I look forward to going to bed! It is heavy and I wasn't quite prepared for that. As the instructions say, it did take about 4-5 days for me to become accustomed to it. Now I love it. It's like getting a big hug all night long! It is warming and comforting and stays on the bed. It holds my heated blanket down close to me so I get lots of warmth. I have a California King Size bed and I am extremely pleased with the way it fits the bed. I couldn't ask for a better fit and the fabric is wonderful. I definitely recommend this!

I don’t think I have ever reviewed anything I have bought on Amazon before. Two years ago after mentioning a weighted blanket my husband bought us a weighted comforter for Christmas. I loved the weighted feature, but it was not true to size for a king bed. It hung over the sides by maybe an inch or two, before putting two people under it. I finally decided to search for an actual king sized weighted comforter. This one is IT! It is a real king size comforter, as you can see from the pictures, it provided plenty of overhand. The material is incredibly soft and unlike many weighted comforters that are flat, this one is fuller and fluffier, like a real comforter. It’s totally worth it!
