My husband LOVES Panna Cotta with Balsamic glaze (try it!). I wanted to make it special with some fancy molds. These are perfect! To unmold the contents, fill a fairly large bowl with very hot water. The large volume holds the heat best. Take a thin, sharp knife and dip it in the hot water. Run the knife around the top 1/4 to 1/2 inch all around. Then dip the molds into the hot water for about 10 seconds. While holding the molds with the custard looking at you, put a plate on top of the mold and flip the whole thing over. If you've held it in the water long enough it will come out. Might require a thump. If you keep it in too long your custard or panna cotta will be a bit melty, but still good.

These are great mini molds! You get 10 which is a great value. They're easy to clean, use, and store. I've made cakes & flan in them and they've all removed easily; make sure you spray your pans. They bake evenly. The final design on them looks exquisite.
