This thing is a piece of crap...unfortunately I am just opening the box 2 months later or I would've sent it back...the cord is loose and falls out in the middle of cooking...you have to hold the cord for it to get hot...terrible

It seems that it only cooks well on high. Any other setting just doesn’t get it done. Still kept it. Easy to store because of its size.

The machine is half the size of a standard grill other company sell.But the most important problem is that they give up on the after 2 months!! Therefore not durable.
