Why the Wifi-Plug Can Not Pair Successfully?
- WiFi is too far away from the wifi-plug and cannot be recognized. Please bring the wifi-plug closer to the WiFi.
- Your home WiFi is not 2.4G. If this is the problem, please use two mobile phones to launch the correct WiFi and pair it. Specific steps are: mobile phone A launch hotspot→mobile phone B receive the hotspot(not receive your home WiFi)→use mobile phone B to match the wifi-plug. If you can succeed, it means that your home WiFi does not match this wifi-plug.
- No long press the switch led to not enter the flash mode OR the paired operation process is not correct. If this is the problem, please refer to the steps in the manual "connecting your device with app".

The light itself was very bright and seemed to meet grow light expectations. I decided to return the unit because the cord that attaches to the light has manufacturers writing all along the cord which is quite visible. I needed the light to be somewhat decorative and the writing made it appear very industrial. Its a shame too as the light and shade were constructed very well and was quite beautiful.

No, not for me. I put it up last night, this morning, it already has wires exposed, hard pass. Super bright light so it does work, but not for long.

Great product when it works.I'm a little disappointed I work with indoor plants and have recommended this product to clients. But a light with this price tag that only last two months is not reasonable.No support or atleast an exchange of product for one that's not faulty is also not reasonable.

I don’t have a soltech but this is what I bought instead . Much cheaper . I love it , prettiest grow light I’ve ever owned and plants grow well with it

My room gets little to no light, and I had placed some of these plants outside. However, there was no growth & all of them were always steady. Once I put these babies under this grow light, they surprised me with new leaves! I can’t tell you how much this grow light has been good to me.The smart light feature is nice too! I was able to set a schedule for the light to turn on while I was on a short trip.The only con is that there’s no dimmable feature. If bright light irritates you, I suggest putting it in a corner.If you want your light angled like mines, I would suggest using a zip tie! :)

I love them and my plants love them. I ordered 4 of them and they are all working great and have had them for approximately 3 months. I've gotten lots of compliments on how nice they look as well. I like that I can adjust how high or low I need to hang them to avoid leaf burn. Luckily I was spot on when hanging them and haven't had to adjust any of them. I haven't used the timer feature, since I turn them on when I first get up and off 8 hours later.

Works great, timer is easy to used and works as it should. Very bright and clear. Only complaint was that it somehow got damaged in such a way during shipping or manufacturing that it blinks (like an extremely slow strobe light). We could have sent it back but the wait for a new one was longer than we had time for.
