The DVR system was easy to install with my existing cameras, and has worked well for the past 10 months. I had an issue with the power supply, and the company was very helpful with troubleshooting the problem, and then helping me by correcting the problem found. The tech support, which I received after the close of the return window, was a very pleasant surprise, and one that I typically find lacking... not so with Hiseeu! Highly recommend this company.

Was so happy that I bought this DVR. Easy setup. Love that is compact and doesn't take up much space. The video it displays has a lot of clarity. Very quiet as well. I like that you can display all your cameras or just the Ines that are important to you.I bought this to replace a new defunct Samsung DVR and this new one is certainly superior. Would buy again
