I have to store my lawn mower outside to make room in my garage but I need to protect the lawn mower. Thankfully, I found this product. It's size is just perfect, though I wish the made it another 3 inches higher so it cover more of the bottom part. Also, the string should have made elastic or ala bungee. The material is nice. Hope it last long. Highly recommend this product.

This product is OK and only OK. I purchased this to replace a previous cover, which was fabulous but no longer on the market. I opened this one and it was fine -just fine not great. Itβs very lightweight and my mower apparently is bigger than most because it barely covered the wheels and would not stay on despite using the drawstring close and any wind blew it off like a sail. I didnβt return it because I thought I can make this work, but I couldnβt and bought a different one which is much better sturdier, thicker and covers the whole mower. This gets three stars because it looks good, but itβs not practical if you have anything but a small lawn mower.

Good lawn mower cover. It's waterproof and has UV protection. Although I don't know why any cover would need both since most lawn mowers are stored in the garage, away from sun exposure and rain and snow. However one important thing is breathability. Th User Manual of the lawn mower states that a lawn mower should be stored in an area that allows mud and grass that are stuck to the lawn mower to dry out and fall off the mower.so that the lawn mower parts won't rust from moisture. I am not sure this cover has this protective feature, but I covered it loosely so air can flow through out to keep it dry and still provide enough coverage to prevent dust to accumulate.

I waited to review this product until I had seen first hand how it performed. I've not had it very long, just a few months, but so far I haven't any complaints as far as its protection value goes. I have this on my back deck, which is sheltered from the north winds. I live in the Midwest where it can and does rain frequently like it was getting paid to do so; and rain with very high winds and pea to nickel size hail. The cover is not sheltered by any overhang so it has taken a few beatings. To date, I've not had any water get inside the cover. I have noticed it is starting to show a little sun damage, but where I like that's to be expected unless the item is inside all the time. My only criticism is, that I find it a challenge to get the mower into the cover as the cover is like a big sack and the wheels and the entire motor housing fit inside the cover. If I had a larger mower I would have to have help getting the cover on. I have a small (14' cutting path) cordless mower so it is quite light - I can pick it up with one hand. Despite its light weight, It can be like trying to put a cat into a box when the cat doesn't want to go. I rated it just 3 stars because I haven't had it long enough to give it a proper rating. When I've had it a year then I'll consider revising the durability rating. At this point I would recommend it as an good quality product for not a lot of money.
