Manufactured to be extremely sturdy, lag screws are some of the toughest fasteners. This Zinc Hex Lag Screws provides adequate corrosion and rust protection, making it a good choice for outdoor projects. Use this lag screw to attach objects to wood and anchor masonry. Common applications include retaining walls, deck frames, and outdoor play equipment. For masonry application, use the screw in conjunction with a lag shield. This zinc hex lag screw has coarse threads designed for pre-drilled holes to prevent splitting or snapping, and requires minimal clearance above the fastener. It has a hexagonal drive for simple installation and controlled traction with a socket or wrench. Use in a pre-drilled hole; see product package for pre-drilling instructions. Pack of 25 screws.

Glad I grabbed it while it on sale!Recently I am working on a wooden twin bed and those washers come handy and I used possibly 20 already. Provide nice press fit so I will be less worried the bolt will come loose later.Highly recommend to keep one in your tool drawer.

I only got these inexpensive lock washers to add a few cents more to my order to get it up to $25 for free shipping. For this purpose they work remarkably well, and I recommend them highly. I doubt that I'll ever have any actual use for 300 5/16" split lock washers, but one never knows.
