I was super excited because it looks and sounds GREAT! Main problem is it is SUPER HOT. Do NOT accidentally forget and lay your leg against it. Or attempt to adjust the idle screw without a screwdriver. I really wanted to give it 5 but the thin metal just makes it extra hot super fast but I would still recommend this! This was for 2004 Crf50 with yx140 semi auto electric start set up 💯

If you are looking for a budget exhaust system for your Honda Mini Trail bike this is it. It will not work right out of the box, but that should be expected. You will need a way to cut the pipe and the heat shield. I used a standard pipe cutter you can buy at any big box home improvement store and a angle grinder. Before you cut the pipe, you will need to heat the the pipe with a torch and bed the pipe slightly down so the muffler does not end up touching the seat. For my application I removed the heat shield and cut the pipe several inches past the last heat shield nut. I also used the pipe cutter to trim the exhaust muffler flange by about a half inch. As others have mentioned you will need a M6 set screw that is not included to mount the muffler on the pipe. Then use the angle grinder to trim the heat shield to fit. With about 60 minutes of work you will have a great muffler on your mini bike. Don't forget that you will still need a exhaust ring that you can also buy on Amazon.

Bought this for a ‘Flywing MX 100’ dirtbike. It’s a bit of weird model; it copied the Suzuki PW80 frame, but uses a clone Honda motor (aka Lifan engine). The stock configuration uses a 2 stroke exhaust, even though the engine is a 4 stroke (🤷♂️)I knew it wouldn’t be a “bolt on and go” product. To make it fit, all I had to do was slightly increase the 2nd bend in the header by about 15 degrees! It fit nicely afterwards, and sounds way, way better than the stock system. For $40 and a little effort, this is definitely a good value!

Put this on an older china quad, I had to heat it with a torch and tweak it in 2 places. I knew going into this that I'd have to modify it for my application as the quad I have has been discontinued for nearly 10years. The construction seems good, the chrome plating is better than average for a china part, and the welds a nice and not gloopy. My only gripe could be that I wish the muffler had been 2-3 inches longer. Overall it was $40 well spent
