I was looking for a remotely supplied air unit because I planned to spray foam my attic ceiling joists and best not to breathe those vapors. This was the cheapest unit I could find.The unit arrives but had a Chinese power cord, so I couldn't fire it up. I contacted the seller, they were great, and had a cord with a USA plug sent right out to me. Took about five days to get here.When I first unpacked the unit the face mask had a strong odor of fresh plastic. I had to let it set and air out a few days, so don't plan on using this unit the same day it arrives.The mask sealed tight and has a decent range of vision for a full face mask. The headnet made the mask fairly comfortable for extended wear.I wore the unit for several hours while I spray foamed the ceiling joists and it has just the right amount of pressure to make positive air flow through the mask. When I turned on the unit without the hose and mask connected I thought the air flow was too powerful, but it really reduces by the time it flows through the long hose to the mask.I didn't get any foam on the mask lenses, but if I use this unit for more messy jobs in the future I will have to find some kind of tear-offs for the mask.This was the cheapest remote supplied air system I could find. It isn't what I'd buy for everyday professional use, but just fine for the hobby user. I think it is a good value for the money.
