This brace is ok but if you have large biceps it is hard to put on yourself. I did not use it much because of that fact.

I bought this because I was feeling pain while doing biceps exercises but after bought and use this I feel nothing during biceps exercises

I tried an extra-large first because I have bat wings. Way to big so returned for the large. I had bicep & shoulder surgery so needed a support. This one did the trick and the price was reasonable. Anyone having bicep pain might give this a try. It helped me.

I have been using this brace for tendonitis and have found that it has helped reduce pain and support movement. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the straps are somewhat difficult to adjust with one hand. I was able to work it out but it was awkward but doable.
