Due to how these toothbrushes are on the longer side yet small enough to clean my 11lb puppy’s teeth is great! I will say the handle of the toothbrush does feel like bamboo. I am not sure if it is the real bamboo material or faux, however because of this, I would avoid getting the bottom of these toothbrushes wet because they do start to almost disintegrate a little. Besides this, I would buy these for a larger dog.

We wanted to get a leg up on our puppy’s oral health so we have started brushing his teeth regularly. Well, in brushing his teeth he was chewing on the brush and he ended up biting the head off and swallowing it. So now we are waiting to see if he needs surgery or will pass the toothbrush head naturally.

This is a review for H&H Pets Bamboo Toothbrush Set for Dogs and Cats - Ultra Soft Bristles. Let's face it, dogs have bad breath. Brushing their teeth is definitely cheaper than getting dentals but these toothbrushes do help keep your baby's dental health a little better than doing nothing. Starting out, be very careful to be extra gentle with the brush as your dog isn't used to having their teeth and gums massaged. It's a good option for holding onto teeth longer. Just like people.
