I didn’t check to see that this kit came with no floss. The color key does not say how much of each color you need. It worries me that I won’t get the same color lot for the whole project. It is nice quality and the print is dark and easy to see.

I love this blanket. The pattern is clear and easy to follow. I have one request ! If you do not include the thread in kit then I’d like to have a list of how many skeins I need to purchase in each color. Other companies who have stopped including the thread provide a skein numbered list on the front of their packaging which makes it so much easier to shop for. That way you get same dye lots and don’t end up making multiple trips to store for additional thread. All in all it’s a great blanket.

This is a darling quilt. I am happy with the final product. There was, however, a lot of frustration along the way. I was aware that floss would not be included. I was not aware that I would have no idea how many skeins of each color I would need to buy. I had to make multiple trips to the craft store to buy more. The pattern was also a bit difficult to read, especially about the colors to use for the back stitches. I would also have liked a picture of the final product. I had to keep referring to the photo on Amazon to examine certain things (like the cloud color which was clearly not “very dark beige brown” as the pattern says.)

I am a little disappointed that the kit did not include floss. I am glad they told me what to buy but they do not tell you how much to get in each color.

This baby quilt is so cute! No it does not come with the thread. However, I found all the colors I need at Walmart. I misplaced the diagram telling me what thread to use where. The seller not only responded promptly, but they are sending me a replacement for free! Totally unexpected and completely appreciated.
