Met most expectations. The thermos keeps my tea warm all day. The pour is steady. The design is clean.Why not five stars? It just doesn't perform as well as my parents's decade old Thermos of similar size and design. The cap is not as smooth to screw on, and the opening is smaller, making it tougher to clean.

Product seems to be well made and looks nice. However, it does not hold the heat (coffee) for very long. We tried warming the unit first with hot tap water, still does not hold the heat. Ironically the outside of the unit gets warm indicating a transfer of internal heat to the outside layer leaving the coffee Lukewarm

The delivered vacuum-sealed Thermos Flask is not working as it was intended. hot water, coffee, and karak tea all get cold fast.

I had my doubts because I've had far more expensive carafes that only kept coffee hot for an hour or so. This carafe is amazing! From percolator to carafe and 5 hours later you will still burn your mouth, no kidding. I do wish it came with a brush because it is hard to find a brush with a long enough handle and narrow bristles that will fit through the narrow opening. Still, it definitely is well worth the price.

I feel like I received a different item seeing how many people have given the item 4 or 5 stars. Even after pre-heating it with boiled water and pouring in hot coffee, 15 minutes later, my coffee in the thermos is lukewarm. And yes, I tightened the top fully. Next up: the pouring is incredibly bad! You have to turn it totally upside down because the inner lip is too angled, and the coffee won't pour out. This is the worst item I have ever purchased. It doesn't do anything I bought it for and must now buy from a different manufacturer.
