Well built and sturdy for my heavy Les Paul. The foam will not mess up the finish on your guitar, which most stands tend to do. I bought 2 (one for each electric) and also grabbed the acoustic stand for my large body Taylor. Been over a year now and no signs of wear from the stand. I did my research and these checked all boxes.

This stand is more expensive than other brands but it’s worth the extra money. The stand is low profile and study making it great for both the house and gigs. The best thing about this stand is that it is compact for traveling with it to gigs. Great quality. Will buy again for my other guitars

At a third of the price from an original OneWheel stand (currently $95), this compact 'guitar stand' holds my OneWheel XR perfectly. It is sturdy, really well built and again, for only 33 dollars, you will not be able to find another OneWheel stand at this price point with this quality of craftsmanship. Believe me, I spent several hours researching on YouTube, Reddit, etc and this is the OneWheel stand to get.It is also super easy to fold, and therefore, you can bring it with you in your backpack without a problem.I am super happy with how it holds my OneWheel up and how the stand does not slip over my Swisstrax garage flooring.Highly recommended!

There’s nothing I can say about this purchase that is negative. I bought this for the sole purpose of placing my electric guitar somewhere out in the open so I can just grab it and play. So far it’s fully sturdy and does the job perfectly. It’s easy to use and fold up if I need to. I don’t see it falling or breaking apart on me anytime soon. If I need another stand, I will definitely buy again!

Bought two of these in Europe 15 years ago - my son stole one and was glad to find these on amazon. They are amazing. Buy it - you will not be disappointed. Last forever, safe for your guitar, incredibly stable and portable.

Prior to purchasing another, I had already used this particular stand for some 15 years now in all sorts of environments (along with their GS301B Travlite acoustic guitar stand and GS525B guitar rack), when the bottom tubing began to wear through. That is a LONG time, talk about durability!Constructed entirely of solid steel and nice, tight folding points (no cheap pot metal tubing here), it won’t budge a hair regardless of how wide or narrowly it’s opened.Though compact and lightweight, it supports even large basses like my Fender Jazz very securely with no worries about tipping over, even if the head-stock is bumped. If there’s one thing I’d like to see from Hercules is to make their proprietary formulated foam tubing available separately for replacement purposes, since there’s still absolutely nothing wrong with my old GS302B stand itself. That material is by far the safest on the planet for protecting guitar finishes, especially nitrocellulose. I’ve left guitars sitting in these stands for months on end, with no ill effects whatsoever. On the other hand, most stands and wall hangers you see nowadays use rubber tubing or other low-quality foam material which can be totally destructive to nitrocellulose. If you value your cherished guitars as much as I, take it from me and avoid those at all costs. In summary, Hercules manufacturers the highest quality stands on the market. I’ve no idea why I’ve wasted time and money trying a few others, as it simply doesn’t get any better than the Hercules brand. While I realize it’s cliché, I’d give this product 100 stars if I could, and that’s no exaggeration. I’ll never settle for anything but their amazing products again!

I purchased this stand because Hercules has a reputation for sturdy guitar stands that use materials that don't react with guitars with nitrocellulose finishes. The stand is sturdy, lightweight, compact and easy to use. Once my guitar is in the stand it is remarkably stable.I deducted one star because there are a gaps in the foam padding exposing metal shafts that supports the back of the guitar. You can hit the bottom back corner of your guitar on exposed metal if you're not careful when you put the guitar in the stand and possibly damage the guitar.

I have two Hercules GS302B stands for my electric guitars, and I couldn't be happier with them. At the forefront of my purchasing decision was the safety of my guitars. Not only do stands have to hold guitars securely, they shouldn't harm the finishes of the instrument. Unfortunately many stands will harm the nitrocellulose lacquer on many higher-end guitars; since I have two guitars of this nature, protecting them was of the utmost import to me. Fortunately these stands protect most nitrocellulose finishes, and I have never had problems with mine. The stands themselves fold up to be very compact if you need portability and support the guitar very securely (though depending on jack and cord configuration you may have to unplug the guitar lead before setting it in the stand.) I don't gig with these guitars, so portability was not paramount, but stability was: these stands are extremely stable and are very sturdy. Some people may not love the yellow and black "bumble bee" coloration, but I actually find it whimsically industrial. I also have a Hercules GS301B for my acoustic guitar that I find equally pleasing. I really like these stands: they are safe, portable, rugged, and won't hurt the finish on most guitars (I even trust my Les Paul Custom to one!)
