This is far too large to be a skull cap. The product name and description are misleading. This fits entirely over the ears. Thus, not a skull cap.

I shave my head and I'm an avid cyclist, so I always wear a skull cap under my helmet. My favorite is from a well known cycling brand, as it fits snugly above my ears, and is made of a textured polyester that efficiently moves sweat away from my head. This skull cap is a bit different, as it's a thin, flat polyester that comes down over my ears. Folding the edge over to get it to fit above my ears results in a loose feeling fit. However, once the helmet is on it works fine. It also seems to breath quite well, but as I've only used it in the Fall I can't speak to it's moisture transfer. This won't replace my favorite, but is a decent one to keep in the rotation.

I have some heavier weight knit skull caps for winter bike rides, but wanted something thinner and more lightweight for warmer days. This Ewanda is a thinner polyester cap that cuts down on the wind and wicks away sweat without extra bulk.The cap is fairly basic with straight-forward stitching; fits well over my head and ears. It looks a bit like you're wearing a swim cap; but i'm using this to wear under my helmet vs. making a fashion statement.Functions as stated - and there are some nice color options to choose from. Highly recommended.

I like the way it fits my head and how it keeps the sweet out of my eyes
