It all started in 1877 when sea captain Helly Juell Hansen found a better way to stay protected from the harsh Norwegian elements. To be completely honest, I bought the Helly-Hanson raincoat because it is unique and stylish . I am headed to Scotland in the fall and want a coat that will keep me dry and look cute in pictures. My husband suggested Helly-Hanson because he has used it for years to keep dry while hunting, so when I looked it up I was excited to see their selection. The Welsey's double-breasted snap buttons are fun, and once you button it up, the collar hugs your neck, and I love the look. I also like that the hood can stay snapped in the collar, or you can pop it out if you need it. It also has a light liner, so you can wear it year round. The name brand itself is another reason to buy because it has been around for over 100 years. It does have a higher price point, but because of its quality, I know it will last for many years to come. I highly recommend this jacket!

The zipper under the snap flat was great, the sleeves long enough for tall women, great zipped pockets, being lined provides more warmth than an unlined rain shell, and its style is exactly what I was looking for. I walk a couple miles every day and, living in the cool, rainy Pacific Northwest thus requires a waterproof jacket. My go-to has long been my Arcteryx Goretex shell - and still is ... but I wanted something to wear when I didn't want to look as though I was embarking on or returning from a hike. So this HH was the perfect addition. That said, while the L fit, I returned it to buy an XL as I wanted it roomy enough to layer a couple sweaters if needed. Because there's a belt, it avoids looking too baggy. A great rain trench!

Very well-made. Lightweight but lots of coverage, with sleeves on the longer side and hood that can be tucked into the collar. Flattering. I am 5'6", 145 and got the medium, which fit perfectly.

My wife ordered this coat and loved the material, warmth and style. It looks very smart and is a great coat for everyday wear. It looks very put together and could be dressed up or down. Very well made. The hood that can be hidden is very handy as well. The coat was returned as the size was too big, overall very impressed and would buy again.

I observed that only Americans wear bright colored outdoorsy performance rain gear in European cities. So I wanted a waterproof jacket with trench coat styling. This totally fit the bill! Hood is great and the collar stands up nicely for that Ingrid Bergman classic look. If I were to do it again I would choose the Helly Hansen trench that has buttons, not snaps, for even more of a level-up.

Aún no lo he estrenado la talla elegida es la correcta para mi complexión pequeña me refiero al ancho de hombros este modelo me gusta porque no me gusta ostentar marcas la cogí a muy buen precio oferta flash del día tengo un límite respecto a la calidad y el precio por lo general está marca supera mi ética de compra razonable pero eso es una opinión muy personal y no es aplicable a los demás. Por cierto el envío de correos exprés es pésimo no cumplieron con la entrega estimada de prime no lo devuelvo por que en justicia debo decir que una cosa es el envío y la otra es la compra del producto además correo express intentó colarme una entrega ficticia el jueves 19 plazo lite de prime a las 17:03. Al final la verdad se sabe y así lo puse en conocimiento de Amazon at. Al cliente pueden verificar lo que aquí manifiesto finalmente me dijeron que me la entregarían hoy y así ha sido que quede claro que atención al cliente fue muy competente al respecto con la empresa de envíos

Io sono dispiaciuta perché era piccolo quindi ho dovuto fare il reso ma posso dire che si tratta di un capo veramente speciale. Rifinito bene, elegante ma anche semplice negli abbinamenti, un capo passe-partout. P.s. lavabile in lavatrice!

Stylish, lovely color and design. Light weight. Only downside is the snap buttons are not that easy to put on and pull off with a single hand. But if you’re looking for a stylish jacket that is water resistant and gives you some wind protection, this is a good buy.

Cut bigger, no arm zippers at the wrists and biggest of all...no double zipper on this newer version. I love my Welsey I but this was a no go, very different. If you're ok with a single zipper in a thigh length coat you might be ok, but I think it's a design flaw in longer coats. Sent it back. It's also less refined than Welsey I. Lastly, there is no cool reflective detail at the collar on the back like Welsey I. Three stars for usual Helly quality otherwise.
