Sway bars are among the most cost effective and dramatic improvements that you can make to your vehicle regardless of whether it’s a truck, muscle car, tow rig, or RV. Sway bars are also typically easy to install, making them a great first upgrade for anyone who wants a little more control out of their ride.

Hellwig should cover the all threads on this parts damaged box damaged threads Loose parts rubbing each other that is a great way to damage something new FYI both sellers and hellwig should take care of their customers to avoid this( having my original sway bar off to find out I cannot put the NEW one on ... I check the reviews no missing parts but the threads no one said anything about it) what a waste of time... me throwing tools on the ground 🤬

Had everything I needed to complete the installation. The kit did not have any missing parts. Would recommend a electric corded impact wrench from harbor freight to help with the installation. Huge difference driving around town significantly less sway from the wind and other things..

This is one of my favorite purchases for my 2014 Sprinter 2500! It came with everything that I needed and was a relatively easy install. The ride improvement is amazing and I can’t recommend this enough. Just buy it and you can thank me later.

The installation kit was missing some very essential parts to install on my 2014 MBZ Sprinter 2500, namely the two 6" long case hardened bolts that attach the vertical "eye loop" bars to the underside of the van, the four washers for the two bolts, and the two lock nuts that secure the bolts in place. Luckily for me I have a buddy who knows a thing or two about this kind of stuff so we had to find a hardware store that carried this size bolt with the lock nuts and washers. Once we purchased those the installation was one of muscle power and patience, a tape measure to make sure everything was centered, and of course we had to re-route the brake lines to get them up higher and out of the way which required drilling new holes for the brake line securement brackets. Of course the instructions are like IKEA, three main grainy black and white pictures that have nothing to do with the underside of my vehicle, and line by line written out instructions that are very generic in nature. The guys in engineering and sales need to crawl under a vehicle and install one of these themselves to get the true feel of what this is all about. Oh yeah, you'd better have a good solid 1/2 drive breaker bar and 1/2 drive ratchet, a 3/4 deep well socket and a 7/8 deep well socket, lots of muscle and a mechanically inclined friend to guide you if you are leary of drilling holes into your Sprinter. And safety glasses, always wear your safety glasses!

Worked great on My Mercedes 2013 2500 sprinter van. I had to re torque the brackets that attach to the axle after a test ride as they slipped a bit. But after that no problems. Much more stable around corners and turning into bumpy driveways.
