So I’ve been on an ongoing quest to find the right midsize crossbody bag ever since my old Trustee Eastport bag finally gave up the ghost. I’ve tried several. This one is just about perfect. I’ll just come right out. Say my only gripes are that I wish that the zippers opened up further to allow you easier access to the front compartment. Also, there are two small pockets on the side that are so close to the strap that they’re pretty much unusable. It would be nice if there’s a little handle at the top near the main compartment so you could carry it without the shoulder strap, but that’s just a minor nitpick. This bag holds all of my daily needs, which is mostly just going to and from work, running errands. I don’t like to weigh down my pockets with a lot of things. I can hold my keys, phone, wallet, small first aid kit, my prescriptions, pen, notebook, and various other items inside this bag easily. It’s Cordura nylon, so it’s very durable. Now, I have not dumped this in water. It has been through a rainstorm with me, and while it did eventually get a bit damp, all my items inside still remained dry. The zippers were flawlessly out of the bag and have not had any hangups or broken. I do plan to switch out the zipper pools simply because I like the loop ones that I can stick my finger into, but this is an absolutely wonderful small midsize everyday Carrie bag. I prefer these cross bodies over a waist pack mostly because I’m carrying a bit of extra weight in the stomach area. The strap adjusts fairly easily, so while I prefer to carry it closer to my hip, it is nice to be able to quickly pull it up higher against your chest or your lower back if necessary. Price-wise, I’d say it’s a decent price for what you get, and I would say it actually punches above its price point. I’ve tried lots of other brands, including some of the flashier name brands, but I found myself coming back to this one. This bag would be great for everyday Carrie or to outfit it as a Matt bag or pretty much anything you have used for now. You can’t really fit a tablet in here, but if that’s not something that I carry on a daily basis, I don’t really feel I’m losing out on anything. Absolutely wonderful product as usual from this company.

Ok, so I watched a video on YouTube by some “moorlander” guy and he repeatedly showed that this bag had a removable organizer panel for pens/pencils and stuff. Well — it does NOT. The organizer has an admin panel PERMANENTLY SEWN into the tiny FRONT compartment, so only the smallest of pens/pencils will fit into that pocket.It wouldn’t have added hardly ANY additional cost to the bag to instead sew one .75” piece of hook velcro on each of the ribbon attachments on that panel, so that would’ve added a LOT more functionality for almost NO COST.Also, the entire bag is made of 500D corduroy instead of the far more durable 1000D cordura. The additional weight of 1000D on a bag this size is negligible at best….probably less than a couple of grams difference in final weight…they just wanted to cheap out and use the cheap nylon fabric.And as others have noted, the shoulder strap is an afterthought. It is really not useful except to dig into your shoulder. It needs a removable padded piece to distribute the weight more comfortably.Finally, the outer panel on the main compartment needs loop Velcro. This would help in the “gray man” concept they seem to espouse by allowing people to put cute/funny patches on the bag which would help disguise it from appearing to carry anything controversial inside the bag.I have an industrial sewing machine, so I will be adding my own loop panel to that area as well as building my own removable admin organizer for the larger main compartment of the bag.It is time for Heliokontex to update this bag with those suggestions.

Nice product. Fast Delivery. Good seller.Allthough the product could have been even better in my opinion if the shoulder strap was a little wider. Its very small and if u wear it long with only a tshirt it's not really comfortable. The hook & loop side could also be a little more strenghtend.I compare it with a shoulder bag i have from pentagon. Pentagon has both above mentioned charasteristics, but lacks in others so i still prefer this shoulder bag, but it could be even more improved to be the perfect shoulder bag.

Strap is sewn onto the bag, has to be cut off. There are no attachment points for a replacement sling. I have other helikon tex products, and been satisfied, but this is a crap penny pinching design. I should have checked this out better before buying, but this product is nothing more than an over-sized wallet with no load bearing (ccw) ability, very disappointed.

Zuerst was negatives ..... DPD .... . Weil die Tasche nicht zu meiner DHL Packstation geliefert werden konnte, hab ich sie mir an meine Arbeitsstelle liefern lassen. Eine Behörde, mitten in der Stadt, besetzt Mo-Fr 6:30 bis 15:30 Uhr. Und was macht DPD? Liefert Samstag Mittag und legt das Paket einfach vor die Eingangstür mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Zum Glück kam zufällig eine Kollegen vorbei und hat das Paket dann eben in Haus gelegt. Zu 100% wäre das Paket spätestens am Abend weg gewesen. DPD ist eine miste. Ewig Ärger bei Lieferungen.Zur Verkäufer:Erst wurde mir versehentlich eine falsche Tasche geliefert (die vor der Haustüre). Irgendeine MilTec Pistolentasche. Nach kurzem Emailverkehr konnte das Problem aber schnell behoben werden und ich hab heute die richtige Tasche bekommen. Die Falsche ist retour gegangen. Der Verkäufer ist top! Am liebsten 10 Sterne dafür. Danke!Die Tasche: Helikon Tex Qualität halt. Tolle EDC Tasche- Praktisch, robust und gut durchdacht. Gefällt mir sehr gut.

Perfect sizing!!! I put a hook and loop backed holster in holding my Glock 19 with a laser/light. The placement of the gun inside its own separate pocket does not impede the ability to stuff the other pockets full of EDC items (unlike so many other bags out there). It carries everything without feeling bulky. Excellent quality. Subtle design and styling. All the zippers glide smoothly. This is so much better than any CCW purse/bag I've ever had. The only thing I might add is attachment points to put a carabiner or make the CCW pocket lockable when needed.
