I have used other brands that were great. These are supposed to be heavy duty. The one I installed bent app up.Very flimsy. Tiny screws to go in post.What a joke of a product.

Might work if the previous fence installation was done with a posthole digger, instead of a shovel, can't hammer to well through concrete. Should check before you purchase.

The product is exactly as described. However, with the stakes firmly in the ground and secured to the wooden posts, the fence is still woobly. I highly doubt these stakes will survive a mild winter storm. In hindsight, it isn’t surprising that these screw-in stakes don’t perform as well as wood post set in 1-2 feet of concrete.This is an ok solution is all you want to do is inconspicuously prop up a fence. But, for the same price, you can buy a shovel, some concrete, and a wood post and properly repair your fence.

I originally looked at strapping a 6x6 post that had rotted at the concrete base. The materials proved inadequate as they weren’t “substantial” enough for the task. I purchased this item, (at a cheaper price) and installed it with ease. The product has held up incredibly well and I would recommend it’s use if you’re trying to avoid dismantling a section of fence, cutting the post, digging out the concrete and starting all over.
