This is a very simple, cheap solution for hanging a heavy bag to an i-beam in a basement. I've got a bag that weights about 80 pounds and it's been holding it for a month with no problems. Very simple kit that does the job.

This worked great. I got another one, and used them to hang a pull up bar in my basement. Installed very easily, with basic hand tools. And it feels nice and sturdy. I like that the eye hook is one solid cast piece of metal (nothing to bend open). And when I'm doing reps on the bar the clamps don't move at all. A simple and robust way to hang something heavy from an I-beam. Very happy with this item.
