How do I install a heavy bag wall mount?
Concrete Wall Installation
1.Place the base and mark the holes.
2.Use 10mm drill size for the concrete.
3.Clean the holes and place the base, use a hammer to drive expansion bolts into the holes.
4.Tighten the expansion bolts.
Wooden Wall Installation
Screw the base into the wooden wall using the screws.

This punching bag/heavy bag hanger is very well-made, and heavy duty. It was relatively easy to install and set up. I really like that it's height adjustable too. This is a great addition to my home gym setup. I highly recommend it.

Great item, I have a punching bag but I don't use it much because it takes up so much space. This keeps it out of the way when I'm not using it, so hopefully now I'll be more incline to use it.It also holds the bag really well and functions like it advertises. Assembly was quick and simple. It's a pretty heavy weight item, so it should hold up well. Very please with this item.

Was honestly surprised at the quality and heaviness of this bag bracket. Instructions were clear and to the point. Perfect for the large bag that I bought. Bracket is two way adjustable for height as well as reach. This bracket will have to go into block or a wall joist. Do not try in just your drywall.

I love the sturdiness of this mount. The ability to move a heavy bag against the wall when not using it clears up a lot of space. It mounted into my concrete wall without any issues. Very easy to put together. Very easy to install. Great value for the money.

Good product. Steel is a little thin, but it is a larger box then I thought so it balances it out. It is very sturdy and strong. Fit and finish is great. Like the adjustability of it as well. Simple and easy to use. Highly recommend this product. Good value.

Install was not too difficult as long as you have a power tool. Very durable. It works great for its purpose. Installed outside in the back yard but a garage install probably would have been fine. I think it’s a good price for what you get.

I am installing a heavy bag in a home gym and did not want to hang it from the rafters. The area is a bonus room and just now being finished as a gym. I could take one existing 2x4 stud and add another 2x4 to each side for 4.5" of solid support. This mount goes right into that and you could hang a small car from it now. It is over-engineered, but that is what I want. This will hold up to anything you can throw at it. I also like the adjustments you can make to get the bag exactly where you want. I am very pleased with this.
