Product failed last after a little over a month.When the unit is turned off it continues to heat around my neck and gets so hot it burns.It is a nice jacket but the heating funtion is now dangerous and it can not only be used as a regular jacket. Very dissapointed in the quality of this item.I would look elseware as this brand is not reliable and they produce a dangerous product that is not reliable.

This is a quality jacket for cold temperatures. Even without the heated functionality, this is an exceptionally warm jacket. Fleece lined interior on top of the heavy materials make it cozy in 20° weather. Add the included heating pads, and you’ll be cozy in sub 10° weather for a few hours. Battery life is not stellar, only getting 6-7 hours on a full charge. But at the price point, it’s a solid investment. The winter camo is very nice as well, making for a good statement piece either at work or in public. The light up elements to this jacket are hidden inside the coat seam, so nobody will know you’re sweating in sub freezing weather except yourself. Again, solid investment.

I purchased this heated jacket mainly to wear when I am snow blowing the driveway and a the sidewalks round the house. I wanted to see how well the jacket performed, so I tried it wearing only a T-shirt and it did really well keeping me warm. In the the 20's I didn't really feel the warmth, so I bumped it up to medium and after a few minutes I could feel a little warmth from the heating elements. I then bumped it up to the high setting and within a few minutes I could really feel the warmth coming from the heating elements. After about 5 minutes on high, I had to bump the jacket back down to medium, as it was too warm and I was sweating. I think I'll just use the medium setting going forward, as it seem it would be enough to keep me warm even at temperatures below 20 degrees. The jacket itself keeps you pretty warm on it's own without the heating turned on for just being out and about in the colder temperatures with a long sleeve on. I like the outer material, as the snow and water just bead up and sit on the surface and fall off, no soaking into the material, which is one of the issues I had with my other jacket I mainly used for snow blowing. I like the independent zone control, where you can have each zone at a different heat setting or just turn off a particular zone if you choose to. The battery seems to be pretty decent, it was at 100% when I started snow blowing and at 84% about 45 minutes later when I finished on the high setting for about 10-15 minutes and the rest of the time on the medium setting. So, it seems to be somewhat close to their advertised time at each heat setting. The jacket is fairly light, weight wise and it is pretty flexible, so I don't feel constricted wearing it. The only issue I had was I originally ordered an XL based on my measurements in their size chart and it was too big. I typically wear a large in most jackets and was reluctant to order an XL, but not all clothing are created equal so I ordered the XL and should have went with my gut and got the L. Not a huge deal, I return the XL and got a L and it fits fine like my other L jackets. So far I am pretty happy with the jacket and it serves it's purpose pretty well.

I wasn't aware of this was going to be such a nice garment. The inside is completely fleece lined on the hood and on the body the sleeves are not fleece lined which is okay it is still an extremely warm jacket that fits very well has a really good all day battery life it's very well built durable and a perfect for a raincoat and the functions of the heating system is much easier to control and monitor than the previous heated jacket that I had from a couple of years ago. Overall this is a functionally practical item to have. The ONLY complaint is the lack of an elastic waistband or even an adjustable sinch strap. This simple addition would do so much for heat retention when walking or moving your upper body around. Other than that it's very attractive, the control panel and lights are hidden inside the lapel, which is a cleaner look overall. 9.5/10 ⭐Of course it's getting a five-star on Amazon cuz it's just that good but if it had that sense strap or elastic waist it would be a perfect winter outer garment. Yes the battery is also like a portable power bank for your phone so I carry a 3-ft coiled charging cable if I'm going to be gone with me for a while away from the house or the car so yeah there's so many pluses. I may actually see if they have another jacket that takes the same battery from the same company that has a tighter waistband because if they make this particular model as well as they did, I'm sure there is another one from them I may like as much and I'll have 2 ;-)

It gets a bit too warm on the high setting. I like the zones that can be set individually. I did discover one problem but it was easy to fix. The zipper for the battery pocket came off the end. It was easy to fix. It was missing the “stop” at the end so the zipper just slid off the end. Put a spot of hot glue at the end to fix it. Still 5 stars.
