These are very small so be mindful of measurements, they are smaller than in the pictures make them appear, but they do work well. They do have the removable bottom which is great. Make sure to grease prior to use, or you will get sticking.

Great quality, small and medium heart shaped pans.I used these to make heart shaped Valentine brownies. They baked perfectly and came out of the pan easily. I did use baking spray.Super easy clean up, soaked for a few minion hot soapy water and they just wiped clean.I will definitely use these pans more often that just Valentine’s Day…bake up something and give to others anytime. Super cute!

This set of two heart-shaped cake molds is an okay product. There are two sizes: small and smaller. But I knew they were only 6" and 4" when ordering. They are perfect for making a romantic dessert for two to share. To release the cake from the removable bottom, I set it on top of a can and pushed the ring down. Then I slid the cake off of the bottom onto a plate. Next time I think I'll use parchment to help it slide off easier. You can use any cylinder that is flat on the top & bottom and is narrow enough for the ring to slide down without hindrance. I have only made the 6" inch so far. I used a 6oz can of tomato paste to release the cake. I made tiramisu and plan to make other icebox cakes with these molds. If I decide to bake a cake, I will line the bottom with parchment to keep any batter from seeping out.

These little heart cake pans aren't just little. They are tiny! The sizes provided in the title are accurate. I really like the removable bottom on each pan - that makes it easy to get the cakes out. Noticed that I have to watch the cakes in the oven as cook time is less predictable than with standard cake pans. The resultant cakes are cute and nicely shaped. Because the bake time is pretty low with these little ones, it doesn't take long to make cakes for the fam, and my kids and husband really like that they each got their own cake this Valentines Day. Fun little pans, will use more!
