This tool does not hold a charge. I charged it for 48 hours and it died in less than 5 minutes. Couldn’t finish cleaning one side of my dogs mouth. Would not recommend to anyone.

This thing is a life saver! My dogs teeth were so bad and I didn’t want to pay for the vet to put her under to clean them. This cleans so well and is quiet enough it doesn’t scare my dog (she is scared of literally everything). You do have to have a dog that is willing to let you have your hands in their mouth but if they allow it, it’s so worth it! My dogs teeth are much healthier!

I was a little skeptical at first, but was willing to give this a shot before dropping 600 bucks at the vet for a teeth cleaning. It took a bit of time for my dog to get used to at first, but if you take it very slow, and only do a couple teeth per night, and start at the lowest setting and work your way up in power, it will definitely work. The very first time I tried it, I saw a chunk of tartar pop off my dogs tooth, and it was amazing! You can see the change in my dogs tooth once i used this ultrasonic tool !

This scaler has truly transformed my dog's teeth and breath! We used to struggle trying to brush his teeth. He hated it and so did we. Plus it got extremely messy. Over the years plaque has built up and any time I tried to occasionally brush his teeth it just felt like a waste of time and as though we were not making any progress. I was ready to take him in for professional cleaning which is so expensive. A friend recommended we try a tool like this and I was nervous it might not work because our dog is usually scared of everything, but he surprisingly allows us to use it on him. At our most recent vet visit, the vet was impressed with how clean his teeth were and encouraged us to keep using the product to maintain results. Just a tip: be sure to watch the instructional video and read the guidelines to use it safely and effectively. It makes a noticeable difference in removing plaque!

I thought it didn't with because it has to be touching something hard to start the action. Like a tooth. Duh. My pit bull had quite a bit of tarter on just a couple back teeth. Was making her gums puffy and bleed. Figured I'd try this because professional clean was $400.It took some time and effort but it worked. No more little red spots on her chew toys.

This tool really works to remove tartar on your dog's teeth. The light is absolutely necessary, don't get one that doesn't have that feature. Be patient, start with the lowest setting and graduate to the highest. Take it in small segments at first, don't expect to do the whole mouth at once the first time. Also, the screw on tips are not sharp like I expected, but I found out that's not how these work. The ultrasonic vibration is what breaks up the tartar. The hand tools are worthless, though, those need to be sharp and aren't. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this tool. It's well worth the price, especially since having a vet do the job costs a fortune and letting the dog's teeth and gums rot could be even more costly in the end. Buy this tool!

The box it came in is off putting because it clearly came from another country and they used some Google translator to update the cover. Other than it works fine. Study tools. Very quiet.
