This is a great value, the gloves are decent. The box ball is awesome. And we filled the bag up with sand that cost $10 and a ton of scrap clothes and it looks great.

Easy to use and install! Always wondered how easy it is to install these types of bags at home. This was pretty easy to install as the box came with everything you need, minus the sand of course. Note that this maybe something you're using for cardio and fitness. If you're a professional, you may need to upgrade to something a little more durable.

This is good if you're buying it for an occasional use bag. The gloves do already have a small hole in the interior lining after light use by my teenaged son, but the bag itself is holding up great. We filled the bag with worn out and too small clothes, and it's actually a great weight. Heavy enough to hit, but light enough to move around in between uses. Came with mounting hardware that holds up. The rest of the equipment nothing special is okay for starters. I'll try to remember to add pics or videos of the bag in use when I remember, and I'll keep updating as I see how it holds up.

This is a decent punching bag for quick workouts in a home gym. I have this set up in my garage inside my power rack and its been a nice addition to add to my workouts at home. You do have to fill the bag yourself with some sand as it does not come with it. My other small issue is that the gloves are a tad bit small for me. I have normal sized hands for an adult male and these are very snug. I will probably have to order larger gloves. The hanging mechanism is great and overall just a great tool for adding in some dynamic boxing workout for a great value.

My son has been bugging me for a heavy bag for a while so I ordered the PARPIQ Heavy Bag set for him. The set comes with the heavy bag, the hardware needed for hanging it, a set of gloves, jump rope, wrist wraps and head speed balls. It is a nice collection of boxing accessories.The good:All of the needed hardware is included...chains, mount and bolts.The bag seems very well made. I love that it has the double stitched straps down the sides to help with the stress being focused on the top of the bag.The ceiling mount swivels nicely with no catching at all.The zipper moves smoothly and is nice and wide.There is foam padding layer on the inside so it can absorb impact without having to fill it completely with filling (rice, corn and used clothing work great and aren't as messy as sand!).Comes with a lot of accessories.The bad:Nothing so farMy son loves the bag and that's what matters most. It is well made and has a lot of nice features. The added accessories are nice (especially having gloves for included for those who don't already have). I do wish that there were some instructions on the best way to hang it and what type of supports you want to connect it to in the ceiling though. If half stars were a thing I would ding it to 4.5 but, as it stands, I will give it 5 stars. It's a great setup for those new to heavy bags and comes in at a great price at only $60 (on sale for $48 at the time of this review!).

We set this up in our gym and it has been a family favorite! Everything from the gloves to the bag, look and feel very high quality. The chains holding the bag are strong and allows the bag to efficiently move when being hit. Definitely a bargain and well worth it! We are very happy with this product!
