I figured I would try these out since they were a good price and they are (at least from the picture) the same ones I usually get from the store. I don't worry too much about my socks as long as they fit.When they came I was pleased to see that they were in fact the right size and almost exactly the same as the last package that I got. The only difference is that the gray patch on the sole of the foot between the heal and toe patches was darker gray. This is not a problem for me as the only time anyone would see that is if I was not wearing shoes which I don't leave the house without wearing, and honestly, I could care less anyway.After washing them I tried them on and they were the same as all of the other Hanes socks that I have worn in the past... Size, thickness, softness, all the same. I will purchase them again once I need new socks.

We seem to order several packs of these every few months. They are very comfortable, do well with washing and drying. That being said we have a sock thief in my house. I order about 20 pairs, wash about 16 pairs, put up 16 pairs and when it’s time to do laundry have about 2 pairs. The mystery baffles me. Anyway I highly recommend these. They are comfortable for the entire family. So much so we threw out every other pair of socks so that there’s only this kind in black and always have a mate. Living our best life!

The classics that i LOVE. I was rocking the X-Temp versions for a while but these are the classic socks that I enjoy the texture and feel of on my feet. I'm not wildly particular about my socks, but these are old faithful to me.They fit well, super cheap, which makes it so that I don't mind if the washer and dryer alternate dimension vortex eating them up - and they last a long time.

I am a human being. A hybrid actually, as my 23&Me DNA test will attest, I am basically a nuckle-dragging Neanderthal. But, as the year is 2020 and all of us are equal, I still wear socks. Although I don't wear them to bed, like some of you godless heathens. I recently decided that I wanted to be decked out in all black - a testament to the future of our once glorious planet, as well as to simplify my wardrobe. These socks come in footy (I was going to say 'handy', but socks don't go on your hands), and allow me to exude darkness from every inch of my clothed figure. They're soft, and slide nice on the hardwood floor of my parents house (where I still live, because the aforementioned parents destroyed the housing market). I look fantastic as I lean against the wall of the local house party, dark, brooding, and socially inept. If you enjoy wearing socks, I would recommend these. Join me in the darkness.

These are super comfortable, durable socks that also manage to keep my feet at their ideal operating temperature. I never feel too warm or too cold in them (ok maybe too cold sometimes, but that’s not the socks’ fault), and I’m always comfortable. They also last a long time! I think I’ve only had to buy one pack of these a year, usually when about half of them start getting holes. My wife also steals my socks now because hers are inferior, and I have to use the Dora anti-theft chant to get them back from her. It’s not effective.

Thought I was saving some money buying socks online and not in store. I definitely saved a couple bucks but I almost wish I didn't because these are sooo scratchy on the inside of the sock, I hate the feeling. Thankfully I got these for my BF and he doesnt mind much but he did cringe a little when he first felt it. If you're texture picky, I don't recommend these. Besides that, they feel like a good quality, low to midweight sock. I expected them to be a tad bit thicker but that may just be me comparing them to my own socks. Overall good value

PROS:• Feels comfortable• Provides good fit for a wide range of feet sizes• Durability is ok as the elasticity has not been stretched after numerous washes• Keeps feet relatively dry and regulates temperature well to prevent moistureCONS:• Listing photos shows contrast between black and a lighter shade of black, but socks received was all black, therefore photos not accurate to true product, and appears to be the older version• Material in newer version is thinner than older version• Inside cotton always get stuck to underside of feet (noticed this every day after taking off socks from gym to shower and seeing black cotton being washed away)• Logo has started to fade after some washes, so quality is questionable

Usually socks are thin at the heels and slip off especially with these short ones, but these socks are perfect, and the logo is small at the bottom instead of obnoxiously big.
