Install the hanger easily by the instruction in the package, just follow steps.

- 1pcs x stainless steel chain (39.37 inches length, 1/5 inch diameter)
Strong and easy to install
Step 1
Mark the hole locations.
Step 2
Drill 2 holes with drill bit sharpener, 8mm drill bit for hex lag bolts/12mm drill bit for expansion screws.
Step 3
Insert the hex lag bolts for wooden beam/expansion screws for concrete wall and tighten them.
Step 4
Hang the spring snap hook and the stainless steel chain underneath.

Very easy to install and works perfectly with the hanging chair I bought. Doesn’t creak and is easy to keep the chair facing whatever direction I want. I installed indoors and it feels very sturdy (did lots of measuring to make sure it drilled into ceiling joists). Very happy with this choice!

Very easy to install. Sturdy. Didn't need the chain. Hold the hammock chair and weight up to at least 250 - haven't tried over that but works very well!

All the parts are sound but I regret the purchase because they could have been pieced together at a hardware store if I wasn't lazy about it. Be sure to add a few drops of oil or another lubricant to the swivel or you'll get some squeaking.
