I have been looking for a press to make sausage. patties large enough to fit an English muffin or large biscuit and this one does the job. An 1/8 lb ball flattens out the right size to fill the press. The ridges help to keep it from too much shrinkage and when you cross match the set of ridges on the handle side to the base it allows faster cooking.

Really makes burger night easy. I like to season the meat all at once and then make the patties. So easy to use and makes nice consistent patties very easy. I can use right around 6oz of hamburger meat per patty with this.. makes a very nice, fairly thick patty.. obviously it makes smaller patties too, but it seems to be able to make a little bigger patty than others I’ve seen.

Makes making burgers so much quicker and easier. You can make the burgers the size you want. Just make sure you use the paper they give you it makes cleaning much easier.
