Only gave it a 3 because the camel pack hole in the back let water in. I got this to use it as a shell when winter fishing and fall foraging. Other than that the material is nice and waterproof.

Wore this jacket in a light rain with only a long sleeve shirt underneath in 38 degree weather. Was walking the whole time but stayed nice and warm. Wind proof and water proof I was not wet at all under the jacket.

ordered larger for more room , fits like normal size, so it'll work fine. nice fabric and fits well. wrist velcro could be moved so the wrist closes tighter, but otherwise nice jacket. Will order again
