The 16 letter/number code (license number required for TurboTax to work) did not work. I kept getting an error code that said it was an incorrect code. After spending all day trying to get to answer my calls, I gave up and got a copy of H & R Blocks software and uses it instead. It took their code immediately not like TurboTax where you have to down load their software and Intuit's software only to find out it didn't work. A big waste of time and money. Hey! Amazon you owe me money!
