Organic Ethiopia Yirgacheffe

Sweet and balanced organic Ethiopian green coffee with complex fruit notes of peach, zesty lemon and plum. Layers of caramel and honey round up a chelate base with delicate floral notes of jasmine. This coffee brews a delightful cup of pour over or filter coffee.

A woman-produced, Ethiopia single origin green coffee farmed on the 84-acre organic farm owned by Bedhatu Jibicho, a remarkable 80 year strong farmer whose mastered the craft of producing premium arabica coffee.

Roasting Profile

Medium Roast develops sweet top notes of peach, plum and apricot that balance a tea-like, floral finish. A floral, Notes of caramel and honey round up milk-chocolate base notes.
