Bought 2 for each of my grandchildren for Christmas. After a month the housing fell off the throttle of one of them and it won’t start. This is being used in winter in Chicago, so it was only used a few times. I have been getting the runaround since Feb 5 on trying to get the new part. VERY FRUSTRATING!! For $189 I expected better. Terrible customer service

Update: After some back and forth with gotrax, they wound up sending me a replacement. I am keeping the four star rating for a month or two until we can stress test it again, but at least the customer service team was responsive.*****My son was having a great time with this scooter, it's very solidly built and rode well.After he'd taken it out about ten times, the plastic piece that controls the brake snapped. Turns out it was a pretty flimsy piece and couldn't take much pressure. Unfortunately, now the scooter is unrideable. I contacted the seller but apparently the brake isn't under warranty and I can't get a replacement. Super disappointing.

Bought this for my 6yo daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! Charges fast and the light up front wheel is really fun. Great price and quality product. Might have to buy a big one for myself now!

My son got this for Christmas and we were purposely careful about plugging in as you could tell the quality of the charging port was low. Within 2 months of minimal use, the prongs in the charge port had broken off making it unable to be charged. When we contacted customer service and learned we were still in warranty window they said they would send a charge port and we could figure it out. I admitted I didn’t have tools of my own needed and they suggested I take it to a shop. The cost for labor is more than a scooter is worth and when I asked if they would pay for that bill since it’s still in warranty I got crickets. Not to mention the poor grammar and text style talking in what should be professional emails. Don’t waste your money on this product just because it has cool lights your kids like. They won’t get much use out of it or the “great product support” they advertise.

My son loves it. We assembly together, charged for serval hours. Easy to operate, foot brake is easy for teenagers to operate. We've been tested in the house and outside on the sidewalk.

After 2 days, the part that covers the electric lines around the wheel broke.. even though my 7 year old girl was very gentle with it.We've tried to contact with the seller for the last few days but no luck. Hope to hear from them soon.
