Got this because my wife does a lot of baking and was looking for an easier way to make layered cake without sticking to the pan. This works wonderfully!Pros+ Sturdy. The metal is quality. The latch is solid. The fit is well-sealed. Everything about the pan shows that it is more than an economy kitchen.+ Finish. The non-stick finish releases every time. No scraping or soaking. Just bake, release, and start again.+ Versatile. This can be used for cheesecake as much as sponge cake. Lots of ways to utilize this pan for your kitchen needs!

GoodCook Everyday Nonstick Steel Springform Pan, 9", Gray - This springform pan is lightweight. It operates easily, but doesn't seem to want to reset to true each time. I wonder if the shape will hold up over time. It works pretty well for now. This isn't the absolute best quality pan, but for our needs, it's going to work ok for as often as we need one. If you are a serious home cook and use a springform pan on the regular, this one really doesn't feel like it's going to hold up long term. I'll try to remember to report back how well it holds up after a few uses.

I just started baking so I'm learning the how's and whys and about basic tools. I've used this springform nine inch pan for baking simple cakes. I line the bottom with parchment paper while in use. The pan works fine, seems to conduct heat evenly, and cleans up nicely. I do wish the Mr legal was thicker, I'm afraid it might been easy if I'm a little rough with it or drop it. I did not experience any leaking in the pan. I find it the perfect size for the cakes I bake. About what I expect for this price point. I'd say it is good for beginners, experienced bakers will probably want to cycle up in price and thickness.

The first thing that struck me when this arrived was how much lighter it was than my other comparably sized springform pans. I have no objection to something being light so long as it's sturdy, but of course my concern was that it might not be so sturdy. So I decided to ever so gently push in on both sides to see what happened, and was quite taken aback by how much the pan yielded even under very slight pressure - it is now slightly deformed/warped (I tried to fix the initial deformation but the fix wasn't 100%). Honestly, for the price point ($13.02 at the time of this review) I probably should have expected that, but I have some sheet pans from the same manufacturer that are in the same price category and are really sturdy, so I expected more.With all of that said, it functions as a springform pan should, and I think if you go into it knowing that you will need to exercise caution and not put too much pressure on any one area or the like, and handle it delicately, you should be fine. Particularly if you only have rare use for a springform pan and don't want to invest in a pricey one, this is a decent option.Lastly, I confirmed by measurement that I indeed received a 9" pan.

After having made a cheesecake in this pan, I found that there was no leakage of batter and when cooked, the cake released easily with no sticking. I don't use a springform pan often, so I don't mind it being lightweight. To protect the non-stick finish, I hand washed and dried.

This is a basic cake pan that does it's job well. The lock is springform and locks securely while cooking. Easy to take off with a press of the finger. The pan is true to size at 9 inch and did a great job making an upside down pineapple cake. Great for anyone who loves to bake!

We've used this for cakes, cornbread, and other things with no issues. The release system makes it so much easier to remove things without destroying the food. With cornbread we just release it, then cut directly on the pan. Overall it's a solid product that's easy to use and simple to clean.

I use them to bake our Key Lime Pie and Dark Chocolate Sable for our restaurant Carnivore & The Queen. We bake 20-25 a week with them.
