Nice set of beads for crafting. My kids enjoyed the temporary tattoos and I enjoyed making bracelets for St Paddy's Day. The charms are very cheap-looking, but the beads are high quality. Color was true to listing.

The set comes in a reclosable plastic bead storage box. It has everything you need to make bracelets and earrings. You may also want to have some jewelry pliers. It comes with scissors and elastic cord as well as 6 enamel St. Patrick's Day charms. The beads are fine light weight seed style beads. They are opaque and feature bright Kelly green, light, green, white, and orange colors. There are also shiny gold colored beads, white and gold letters and little white and gold shamrock beads. It comes with the hardware to make earrings and metal clasps. I would have liked more shamrock charms but other than that it is good.

In the interest of full disclosure, I got this because green is my favorite color! So while the St Patricks charms are cute, that's not why I'm here. I love all the different greens and of course letter charms. I plan on making a charm dangle to attached to my kindle. There are plenty of beads to make tons of things though.

I got this hoping to use for my kid's birthday party, although I think it might be better suited to older children, teens, or adults. My first impression of this is that they overstuffed the box (probably don't need to include scissors, for example), and this meant that instead of the lid of the box being flush with the compartment walls, it was raised enough for the beads to all move around and get scrambled, which was a bit of a bummer. I took out the scissors and some of the other charms that were in the large compartment, and it seems like the case functions adequately now. That being said, this kit contains a lot of stuff. Lots of beads, charms, letter and shamrock beads, various fasteners, and elastic string. I wish that it included pliers instead of scissors, since most people already own scissors, and I think you would need pliers to use the fasteners. The beads are smaller than I was hoping for (but probably if you are familiar with the size of a standard alphabet bead, it should've been obvious from the pictures). They are the same general shape of a pony bead, but about 1/4 the size. They are rounder/thicker than the flat ones you often see in friendship bracelet kids, which is nice as it takes fewer beads to complete a bracelet. Although it says "seed bead" in the title, these are much larger than the pre-strung seed beads you might get at a beading store. These are a bit small for young kids though, I think, as the hole isn't too much wider than the string it comes with. For adults or older kids, I think this kit would be a great value (currently listed at $7.99) and would make a good activity for a slumber party, girl scout meeting, or similar. As long as you have your own pliers and don't mind doing a bit of re-sorting of the beads.

St. Patrick's Day Crafts by GoldwiseThis craft kit has everything you could want to make crafts celebrating St. Patrick’s Day. First, there are almost 3 thousand craft beads in white, orange and 4 shades of green! The kit includes some stringing material but if you want to use all of these beads you will need to add some elastic thread or other stringing materials. Beyond the colored beads there are alphabet beads which enable you to personalize the bracelets with names or a saying. To make it even better, there are spacer beads made of gold stars and two sizes of gold beads. The kit includes a couple types of clasps but honestly we won’t be using them as we will be using elastic thread and knotting them closed because that is much simpler than using clasps. The kit also includes a few charms that are very cute and Irish-ish but there are not many of them. I would be hesitant to use any metal charms on elastic bracelets because I think the metal charms wear the bracelet down quickly and it either breaks or falls apart. I really like this kit and as noted I will be supplementing this kit somewhat because of my previous experiences with crafts. And I should also say that while we will making bracelets you could also make other things like chokers, necklaces, head bands, and crafts to put on key chains.

My item arrived with several of the bead compartments scattered inside. The problem was very clearly careless packing. There was a bead directly on the intersection of four compartments. After removing that bead the storage case is undamaged and I can store it on its side without beads spilling. The beads are what you’d expect. I’m a bit disappointed in how similar two of the bead colors. The two middle greens look very much alike when you just have a pile of them. The charms aren’t as sturdy as I like (but this might be preferable for bracelets) and the colors/designs are flat and unremarkable. The orange, white, and green clover charm has bleeding between the colors. The gold letter beads have sharp and clear lettering. And this kit includes a small bundle of elastic string (I hate when it comes like that) and elastic cord which I find to be too large for these type of beads.A very neat part of this kit is clover letter beads which have impressively clear and sharp printing for their size.
