Fixed Mounting Plate
Fix the back panel to the wall with the electrical box and tighten the screws.
Connecting Wires
Connect the wires of the lighting fixtures to the electrical box, with L wires connected to each other and N wires connected to each other.
Fixed Light Body
Fix the bathroom light's body on the back panel with a tool. Tighten the screws.
Install Crystal
Finally, install the crystal on the light body. You can decide the way to install crystals according to your preferences.

As described. Quick ship. Please consider prior commentators' suggestions: 1) Use of [recommended] dimmer switch (photo is fully dimmed), and 2) To reassure, use of higher weight drywall anchors (unless lucky to have studs). Additionally, did purchase its warranty, due to some customers unsatisfied with malfunction. Light fixture is absolutely lovely and impactful. Base itself, light in weight. However, the glass is heavy, hence the higher weight in anchors vs. those supplied. If you read through its specifications, total weight is 19lbs. If using dimmer, lowers the density of light output; otherwise very bright. Instruction sheet gives a helpful "DIY Combination" in glass display. Thrilled with this unique purchase vs. local box stores. You will not be disappointed with its ease in installation and overall impact. Especially appreciate all those who commented with photo; enjoyed the variety in metal choice and lovely decor. HaPpY decorating ~

I initially installed the lights using the hardware they gave me and it fell out with just half the glasses installed. I had to mount on wood stud instead of drywall. Also, the screw holes on the backplate do not properly align with the rest of the light so you have to bend plate forward or indent the plate forward to install properly. Once installed it is beautiful.

Our bathroom doesn't have windows, and the cabinetry is a darker coloured hardwood. We needed lighting to add a brighter and modern touch to the room. This glass fixture fits the bill! It looks amazing over our new beveled mirror.
