I purchased this unit in July of 2024. I used to order my tumblers and coffee mugs online, however the cost went up way too much. I purchased this unit and started making my own tumblers. I have currently made over 110 tumblers and they turned out great. The machine is awesome. I would definitely use it in a well-ventilated area. I attempted to use it in my office, however the smell was overwhelming. When I used to order my tumblers and coffee mugs online I had to purchase 144 at a time. Now, I can custom-make tumblers and mugs for the different offices that I visit.

I have owned this press for a year. I have only used it 8 times. Tried making 4 tumblers and 4 mugs. I cannot get good image transfer no matter what I try. I have used Cricut infusible ink sheets and prints from my sublimation printer. I get missing areas of print on the completed product, from the top of the tumbler down to the bottom about 1" wide. The machine only rotates the tumbler a little bit. I have ensured I am attaching the transfer tightly, and I am taping it securely. All looks well until I remove the paper or transfer sheet, and by that time I am left with an unusable item. I spent a lot of money on this machine. Wish I had purchased a cheaper, less automatic option. I purchased a Cricut mug press and I don't have any issues with image transfer using it. I have not tried it with tumblers.

Solid machine works great. When making Tumblers I burned a few due to over cooking. The total cook time must be cut in half due to the restart of the timer when the Tumber is rotated.

having purchased this i found machine to be very well made and very robust unfortunately unable to use it as its made for 110 volts not british voltage this is not clearly stated in description i have now had to pay 80.00 to by a step down transformer . Can not even contact company as amazon says its through a 3rd party and i can not get sellers contact details so basically if you purchase in uk you will need a transformer and have no way to contact seller

I was so excited about this tumbler press as I am constantly getting busy with some other thing & forgetting to rotate my tumbler in my standard tumbler press. UGH! I figured, this auto-rotating tumbler press will fix my issue with forgetfulness AND allow me to go about my work without worrying about my tumbler. Yes! The press worked as advertised & rotate on its own, beeping to let me know when it was done. Sadly, that was the only good thing about this press. No matter how I taped my tumbler blank or what I was applying to it (htv or sublimation print), the top & bottom of the tumblers ghosted. It was bout 1/4 - 1/2" on top & almost a full 1" on bottom. I know that getting a sublimation print to work around the curved edges of my skinny tumbler blanks can be tricky but I've successfully turned out tumblers with no ghosting using a inexpensive convection oven as well as the standard rotate 1/2 way through type of tumbler press. Wish this press had fulfilled my expectations,

I've pressed several tumblers so far and it works great. I get an even print and good color all the way around. I did run into an issue if I didn't put the seam in just the right spot, that when it turned, the paper got caught and it pulled it off (user error). It heats up really fast, and is easy to operate.
