This was advertised as a ‘raincoat.’ This product is a ‘windbreaker’(which has a lightweight porous material water can soak through) and NOT a raincoat(which is a heavier non-porous rubber material). Acceptable quality and cute design for a girls windbreaker.

A little large in the arms for a 20 month old (35 inches tall) but we roll up the sleeves and she’s good. Great for new england cooler mornings in the spring & likely will be in the fall (it will definitely still fit).
